WIHIN AUSTRALIA
All goods are sent during business hours only. Please note that purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. All local orders are sent through Australia Post, via registered express post, a tracking number will provided once goods are dispatched so that you can track the delivery of your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for goods to be received.
INTERNATIONAL
Deliveries are sent during business hours only, any purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. However, please allow up to 24hours for orders to be processed. A tracking number will be sent to you once the item has been despatched so that you can track the delivery of your goods. Please note our daily order cut off time for international shipments is 1.00pm AEST. We have two shipping options available for international orders, please see details below.
Australia Post - Domestic Registered Post
We ship worldwide using Australia Post registered post. You should expect to receive your parcel within 10 business days once it has been shipped.
Australia Post International Express
Orders sent using Australia Post International Express typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
Duties & Taxes
International shipping may incur duties and taxes in some countries. Please check with your local customs regarding duties and taxes in your country. Please note that In Your Arms will not be responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delays.
Once your order has been shipped you will received your tracking number from your selected shipping provider, either Australia Post or DHL. Please contact shipping provider for any delivery enquiries, In Your Arms is no longer responsible for your order once it has been shipped.
