Returns
You may return your full price In Your Arms pieces for exchange or refund.
For all returns, the following requirements must be met:
- For Australian returns, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping.
- In Your Arms pieces must be in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached.
- All In Your Arms pieces must be returned in the provided garment bag.
- Items must not have been worn, altered or washed.
Sale Items
- In Your Arms do not offer refunds on sale items. You may return your item for exchange only.
- Any item with a 50% or higher discount applied is final sale, no returns can be accepted on these items.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
Please note that the shipping cost incurred for returning the item for exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by In Your Arms. We recommend using a registered postal service, to return your In Your Arms pieces, as we will not be held accountable for the loss of your goods being returned.
- Prior to returning your goods, please contact us advising the reason for your return; and items you would like to exchange your goods for. We will then provide you with further instructions.
- When returning your goods please include your name, order number and your goods for return, including packaging.
PROCESSING RETURNS
Please note, we try to process our returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask that you please allow approximately 5 business days from the time we receive the goods for the return to be processed. Once goods have been sent you will provided you with the tracking number.

We are all about the environment and want your pieces to last the long run. If you have enjoyed your In Your Arms garment so much that it needs some extra love please contact us and we will happily repair it for you.
